About the Position: An exciting opportunity exists for a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 4–6 years PAE to join the Brisbane team. You’ll work closely with a highly respected Partner and collaborate with colleagues across Sydney and Melbourne offices on a wide range of complex matters. You'll work on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions and strategic legal work involving: Mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring Joint ventures, start-ups and capital raising Renewable energy and infrastructure projects Regulatory and compliance advisory (ASIC, FIRB, ASX, AEMO) Commercial contracts and negotiation across sectors Corporate governance and director’s duties You’ll benefit from a national platform, excellent clients, and a supportive culture that will help you grow your legal and commercial acumen.
